The Cristo Redentor sits over the city of Rio di Jeneiro in Brazil. it's recognized as one of the biggest art deco statue in the world.the Cristo Redentor is visited over 300,000 times over a year.

i'm not exactly sure why my love for this particular 'wonders of the world' is so strong, it could be because it tower over the city, almost like it's protecting everyone, it might be because the arms are wide open welcoming everyone.
